Each Thursday, Friday and Saturday night only, 10 guests per evening are able to reserve a special seat at our Chef’s Counter for an exclusive six-course tasting menu prepared by the James Beard Award-winning chef himself, Jason Wilson.

Fronting the restaurant’s custom-built, wood-fired Infierno grill and kitchen activity, this experience demonstrates the versatility of cooking with live fire and draws from highly-curated local, seasonal, farmed and foraged ingredients.
