Miller’s Guild employs the dynamic use of a custom-made Grillwork’s Infierno to craft a simple approach to the freshest vegetables, fish and an extended dry-aged Prime beef program. The use of live fire, ash cooking, warm coals and smoking is applied to the region’s best ingredients, served simply, in a vibrant and timeless setting.
Inspired by the local bounty, our culinary team will work with you to prepare a custom menu to fit your event, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
